Other questions and Answers:
Q: How old does my dog have to be to attend day care?
A. All dogs must be at least four months of age or older
Q. Is daycare safe for my dog?
A: The health and safety of every dog is our top priority! Our playgroups are supervised 100% of the time and on a ratio of one handler per fifteen dogs to ensure the safety of every downtown hound. Staff members have completed pet CPR and first aid, and attend extensive training in animal behavior annually.
Q. Does your outside area have grass?
A: Yes! Our facility uses K9 grass outside, while our indoor playspace is equipped with tenderfoot matting, a non-porous rubber flooring used especially for dog daycare facilities.
Q. My dog is older. I'd like him to get some playtime but all day may be too much. What can you do?
A: We aim to be as flexible as possible and meet the needs of every dog. We will listen to any special requests you may have for your dog.
